Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the item has been shipped or entered the production process. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of you receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item is packaged in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation receipt).

Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.

Return Process & Costs

  • To initiate a return and receive our designated return address, please contact our customer service team at: support@tiktokerspick.com.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged any additional restocking or handling fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email to confirm the receipt and status of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some time for a refund to be officially posted.
