Order Confirmation & Processing
Thank you for your order! We are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring the prompt delivery of your items.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been authorized and verified.

Processing: Before shipping, we prepare your products, conduct strict quality-control checks, and package items with care. Most orders are shipped within 1–5 business days after we receive your order. Should an item be affected by stock availability, we will notify you promptly so you can choose to replace it or receive a refund.
Important Notes on Timing

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Please note that processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders containing personalized items may require an additional 2–5 business days for production and processing.

Shipments may experience delays during weekends or peak seasons.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss cancellation. Available items in your order will still be shipped, and the unavailable item will be removed and refunded. Refunds are processed on Fridays and Saturdays each week.

If inaccurate or incomplete payment information causes a delay, order processing may be extended by 2 business days.
Note on Taxes & Duties
We are not responsible for any country-specific tariffs, taxes, or duties applied to your order by your local government. These fees, if applicable, will be your responsibility. If a coupon was used, taxes and duties will be calculated based on the original item price, as required by border regulations.
